A REALTOR® does much more than open doors and show homes. Think of us as the project manager and advocate for one of the biggest financial transactions you'll ever make.

Behind the scenes, we're researching neighborhoods and market conditions, scheduling appointments and inspections, reviewing contracts and disclosures, tracking deadlines, negotiating terms, coordinating with lenders, escrow, inspectors and other agents, and handling problems when they come up.

Sometimes things even start to go sideways and you never know about it because we're already working behind the scenes to solve it.

My job is to educate you, protect your best interests, keep everything moving, and get you to the finish line — whether that's a successful sale or my favorite part, handing you the keys to your new home.
